Site Manager

  • Maintaining project progress. Ensuring projects meet deadlines. Managing relationships with clients. Designing and signing off on contracts. Maintain project documentation. Conducting project review. Design the project and prepare budget based on current scope of work. Track project costs in order to meet budget. Monitor progress and report submission.   • Responsibilities:

Coordinating construction activities. Monitoring project progress and ensuring completion within the required time schedule. Preparation and implementation of project plans. Liaising with client, authorities and consultant for approvals, inspections and handing over. Monitor performance of subcontractors and suppliers. Quality assurance and Quality control (QA/QC).

  • Qualification:

Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering. Must have work experience in Dubai/Abu Dhabi. Hands on experience with construction site regulations and approvals. Proven working experience in construction site. Valid Driving license (UAE). A strong understanding in civil engineering methodologies.

Project Co-Ordinator

  • Key Responsibilities:

Assist Project Managers in managing projects i.e. maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, organizing and participating in stakeholder meetings, and ensuring that project deadlines are met in a timely manner. Documenting and following up on important actions. Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project. Determining project change. Undertaking project tasks as required. Providing administrative support as needed for the project.

  • Key Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree holder. Two to four-year experience as Project Coordinator. Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills in English. Ability to think quickly and logically, ensure practical response and solution to customer inquiries. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

QA/QC Inspector

  • Key Responsibilities:

Prepare & Review Project Specific Quality Plan. Review the existing standard documentation for the Operations and propose any improvements deemed necessary. Implement the QA/QC management system at site. Coordinate with quality inspections with all the site sub-contractors and vendors, coordinate all non-destructive testing on site. Coordinate with the Client representative on all quality matters. Coordinate all receipt inspections. Distribute relevant QA/QC documentation to site subcontractors. Verify that the quality related site activities are in accordance with the applicable codes and standards, awareness on latest edition of standards. Participate in the site internal and external site audits. Compete site quality control instructions and action remedial responses. Monitor the implementation of the approved site Contract Quality Plan (CQP). Coordinate with the Site manager on all quality issues. Coordinate and chair the QA/QC site weekly meetings with the projects subcontractors QC personnel. Elaborating inspection and test programs, ensure its adherence. Assure all technical documents relative to site quality control are current status. Define a procedure for using the cost norms to establish the cost of rehabilitation and maintaining the construction task

Safety Officer

  • Must have a Diploma or Degree in Engineering UAE attested. Having International Certificate such as IGC, OSHAS, NEBOSH, etc. Other related HSE Certificates. 3 years relevant work experience in in Contracting Company as Safety Officer. Handles and knowledgeable in proper documentation. Must have knowledge in MS Excel, MS Word, & other software. Ready to join immediately. UAE Driving (Preferred)

Document Controller

  • Responsibilities:

Create systems to manage company documents. Ensure that all documents are up to date. Conduct company audits to ensure documents are being followed. Work with auditors to maintain ISO status. Train employees on how to use and access the documents. Develop procedures so that they are standardized. Communicate and collaborate with project managers. Follow company procedures.

  • Qualifications for Document Controller

Bachelor's degree in business or supply chain. Very detail oriented. Ability to analyze data and come to conclusions. Great time management skills. Ability to follow procedures exactly. Incredible organizational skills. Microsoft office suite skills. Can work independently without much guidance. Ability to communicate with team.

Admin / Accounts

Land Surveyor

looking for an amazingly talented Land Surveyor (Landscape/ Irrigation) to join our team! In this role you will get to perform difficult and sometimes complex inspection tasks. Inspects various facets of work on the job site and performs continuous surveillance of assigned inspection activities to ensure compliance with all applicable codes, standards, and specifications.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Check the elevations, the setting out and rest of survey work by the contractor are required to ensure accuracy.
  • Advise the Resident Engineer and recommend actions concerning construction surveys.
  • Maintain the construction surveys and quantity records as per the Resident Engineer instructions.
  • Perform the initial baseline and control surveys including the establishment of benchmarks and recovery of any existing survey monuments to be removed at the start of the project as directed by the RE.
  • Attend the Contractor's request for surveys, including the checking of the Contractor's setting out of center lines, structures, and slope stakes.
  • Check the field measurement surveys including original and final cross sections, check critical elevations, dimensions and locations of structural elements, earthwork grading, pavement, and appurtenances, check the Contractor's detailed survey in advance of construction operations, investigate and clarify survey discrepancies.
  • Participate in the format and standard procedures for calculation and documentation of quantities.
  • Involve in the calibration and checking of the survey instruments.
  • Involve in the as-built review and finalization in coordination with RE, land surveyors and inspectors.
  • Perform land/field surveys and geodetic calculations.
  • Interface with client and contractors to determine and verify project survey requirements.
  • Complete the surveying requirements on schedule and within man-hour and cost budgets.
  • Check setting-out and levels. Check services locations and ensure their protection.
  • Prepare sketches to support the field work. Maintain all the survey information (field books, sketches, and calculations).

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

  • Knowledge and/or experience in using CAD software and survey software, total station, data collectors and GPS equipment.
  • Must possess the ability to read working drawings and related specifications, and capable of enforcing such specifications.
