Ramgopal is the man behind a number of prestigious turnkey and fit-out projects in the Middle East such as Under his guidance, firms including Vijayraj Contracting Co. (Dubai), GCTC LLC (Oman) and SSPR (India) have flourished.

With a bachelor’s degree in science and a master’s degree in management studies, he is a coveted management consultant with a strong acumen for entrepreneurship both in the UAE and India.

He also owns various firms in the trading, hospitality, real estate, and management consultancy sectors in both markets.

Amit Ramgopal

DIRECTOR - OPERATIONS & FINANCE

Amit is a dynamic young entrepreneur who, with his tertiary engineering background, brings in new and innovative ideas on managing projects. He has worked within a variety of sectors, including hospitality and entertainment, which gives him a macro perspective on the market. He applies this outlook across the business and has looked after procurement and overall business management for the past decade at Vijayraj.

This has led to the introduction of specialized projects to the fore such as the World Expo 2020 and many more.

He also independently manages Vijayraj's trading arm, Multi Global Trading LLC, Dubai, dealing in below-the-line advertising, promotional gifts, and corporate giveaways with manufacturing set-ups in China and India. The company exports to all around the globe with the UAE as a base.

Sandeep Srivastava

DIRECTOR - OPERATIONS

With three decades worth of experience under his belt, Sandeep Srivastava is a distinguished civil engineer by profession and has honed his skills in the building construction and interior fit-out industries in India and the UAE. For more than two decades in the UAE, he has successfully managed, monitored, and executed multi-discipline projects with reputed contractors, consultants, and developers.

His repertoire consists of PMC and prestigious projects that include sprawling high-end villa complexes, five-star hotels, and lately, as the construction head of the world's largest indoor theme park in Dubai.

With his strong organizational and interpersonal skills, paired with solid experience in managing major capital building projects, expertise in the field of contracting, design value engineering, project planning, and execution, it's a surety he takes a project to new heights.

Pradeep Mhatre

DIRECTOR - OPERATIONS & COMMERCIAL

Pradeep Mhatre is a venerable engineer, having executed notable turnkey and fit-out projects in commercial and residential sectors in India, UAE, and Oman. He holds a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from Mumbai University and has experience of two decades in his field.

He has previously worked as an engineer with B.J. Mestry & Co. and then with Ajanta Builders on their various projects of B.A.R.C., SAIL, AIR INDIA. He subsequently worked as a contractor for B.P.C.L., I.P.C.L. prior to joining Vijayraj in 2004.

Mhatre is known for his results-driven, self-motivated, and strong entrepreneurial skills. His glorious profile is a testament to his extensive experience in the management, execution, and planning of large-scale and sizeable projects.
